"Mini Chicken Pancakes" is an easy dinner. Made with variety of chicken parts, cream of celery soup (1 can), salt/pepper to taste, dash of onion salt and bisquick mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil chicken parts until meat falls off the bone.
Remove bones and dice chicken.
Mix with cream of celery soup, salt, pepper and onion salt.
Make a batch of Bisquick pancake mix, following directions on box.
Add to chicken and soup mixture. Fry like a mini pancake.
Serve hot!!!
