Place 1 wafer in each foil-lined muffin pan.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Beat well and add eggs.
Mix well. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
Let cool.
Chill.
Top with pie filling.
Makes 1 dozen.
