Mini-Cheesecakes
Mini-Cheesecakes is an easy dinner. Made with 12 vanilla wafers, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Line muffin tin with foil liner.
Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
Bake 25 minutes at 325Β°.
