Mini-Cheese Cakes
Mini-Cheese Cakes is an easy dessert you can prepare in just 34 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, c. sugar, . vanilla, eggs and vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place 12 vanilla wafers on bottom of 12 paper lined muffin cups.
Then mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Pour into muffin cups.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with coconut or top with various types of jam or other favorite toppings.
