Mini Cheese Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat all together until light and fluffy.
Put a vanilla wafer in bottom of each little baking paper cups.
Pour cream cheese mixture into paper lined cups (1/2 full).
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Top with about 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling when done.
Chill.
Yields 18 to 24 cakes.
