Mini Cheese Cakes is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 eggs and vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put 1 vanilla wafer in lined cake tins, round side up.
Mix rest of ingredients well.
Spoon mixture into cupcake tins, 1/2 to 3/4 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 22 to 24 cupcakes.
When cool, top with pie filling.
