Mini Cheese Cake Cupcakes
Mini Cheese Cake Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, 5 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 300°.
Cream cheese and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Blend in vanilla.
Put vanilla wafer in cupcake liners, 1 to a cup.
Pour in mixture; filling about 3/4 full. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 300° until done (begin to crack and tops are puffy).
Remove from oven.
Cool 15 to 20 minutes.
(An indentation will form as they cool.) Top with cherry pie filling and Cool Whip.
