Mini Cheese Blintzes
Mini Cheese Blintzes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) loaves very fresh white bread, 2 egg yolks, 1 1/2 c. sugar, divided, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Trim crust from bread.
Mix together egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese.
Spread cream cheese mixture on bread slices. Roll slices jelly roll fashion and cut into thirds.
Continue this process until all bread is used.
Melt margarine, combine remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Roll cream cheese filled bread in melted margarine and then in sugar cinnamon mixture.
Freeze until needed.
Bake frozen blintzes at 350Β° for 13 minutes.
Serve at once.
