Mini Blintzes
Mini Blintzes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cream cheese, 2 egg yolks, 1/2 lb. oleo, 2 loaves of fresh white bread and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix the cream cheese, sugar and yolks together.
Cut crusts from the bread and roll the bread thin.
Spread the slices with the cream cheese mixture.
Roll up bread.
Dip each in melted oleo, then roll in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
Cut in half.
Serve plain or with sour cream.
You can freeze these to cook later.
