Mini-Blinies
Mini-Blinies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 slices white bread, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 egg yolks, 1 c. sugar, divided and 1/2 c. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Trim crust from bread and flatten with a rolling pin.
Mix cream cheese, egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar.
Spread with cream cheese mixture and roll each slice of bread like a jelly roll.
Dip in melted butter and roll in mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Place on a cookie sheet and freeze.
