Mincemeat Muffins
Mincemeat Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 egg, beaten and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream together shortening, sugar and salt.
Combine egg and milk and add to the creamed mixture.
Mix in flour and baking powder.
