Mincemeat Cake
Mincemeat Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. oleo (1 stick), 2 eggs, 2/3 c. molasses (grandma's) and 1 pkg. mincemeat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix sugar, oleo and eggs, stir well.
Add mincemeat (in broken pieces), add molasses and beat well.
Add coffee (soda dissolved in coffee), add vanilla, add flour and mix well, add nuts. Bake in loaf pans or cans that are greased and floured. Time:
1 hour at 325Β°.
