Mincemeat Cake
Mincemeat Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. spice cake mix, 3/4 c. vegetable oil, 3/4 c. maraschino cherries, 1 (28 oz.) jar prepared mincemeat and 3 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Drain and chop maraschino cherries.
Combine cake mix, mincemeat, oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Stir in cherries, raisins and nuts.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool in pan for 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and finish cooling on wire racks.
