Mincemeat
Mincemeat is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. cooked and ground venison or beef, 4 qt. ground apples, 1 gal. sweet cider, 2 tbsp. cloves and 2 tbsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put all together in large container.
(I use my 7-quart pressure cooker bottom.)
Boil hard 10 minutes.
Cook until apples are soft and mixture has thickened.
Stir often to keep from burning.
Can while still boiling; no need to pressure can.
