Milnot Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.

Chill until slightly thickened.

Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.

Add jello; blend well.

Fold in stiffly whipped Milnot.

(Can be done with electric mixer.)

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together.

Put 2/3 of mixture on bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

Add filling; sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

Cut into squares; serve plain or garnished with fruit.

Chill several hours or overnight.

Serves 12 to 16.
