Millionaire Pie
Millionaire Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 prepared pie shell, baked and cooled, 1 c. confectioners sugar, 1/4 c. butter, softened, 1 egg and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream the sugar and softened butter.
Add egg, vanilla and salt.
Beat smooth.
Spread mixture in baked pie crust shell. Chill.
Combine whipped topping, pineapple, pecans, milk and cherries.
Spread evenly over chilled filling.
Chill pie.
