Millionaire Fudge
Millionaire Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sugar, 1 can evaporated milk, 2 sticks margarine or butter, 1 lb. marshmallows (small size) and 18 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, milk and butter over medium heat; stir constantly to avoid scorching.
Bring to boil and cook 7 minutes; remove from heat.
Add marshmallows; stir until melted into mixture.
Add chocolate chips; stir until melted into mixture. Add vanilla and pecans; mix well.
Pour into oiled dish and cool. Makes 6 pounds of candy.
