Million Dollar Pie
Million Dollar Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flaked coconut, divided, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and halved, 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans and 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped dessert topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place 1/2 cup of the coconut in a small pan and toast at 350Β° until light brown (about 4 minutes); set aside.
In a large bowl, combine canned milk and lemon juice.
Mix in pineapple, oranges and pecans.
Fold in whipped topping and remaining coconut.
Spoon into 2 pie shells and sprinkle with reserved coconut.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
