Millet Loaf
Millet Loaf is an moderately easy baked good you can prepare in just 56 minutes. Made with c. millet (uncooked), medium onion, chopped, . olive oil, (14 oz.) can italian tomatoes (undrained) and tomato soup (undiluted), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Brown millet and onion in oil (or may omit this step and add to rest of ingredients without oil).
Add enough water to tomatoes and soup to make total of 4 cups.
Mix all ingredients and place in a 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
May top with Cheddar cheese if desired.
