Milky Way Icing
Milky Way Icing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. cocoa, 1 c. sugar, 1/3 c. milk, 1/4 c. oleo and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients except vanilla in saucepan.
Bring to a full rolling boil.
Boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat; add vanilla. Beat until spreading consistency.
One tablespoon cream may be added, if icing gets too thick.
