Stick butter and sugar and set aside.
Melt 1 stick butter with candy bars in double boiler and set aside. Add eggs to sugar and butter.
Put soda in buttermilk, then add to candy bar mixture.
Combine with butter and sugar.
Add flour, a little at a time.
Beat and add nuts.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
