Milky Way Cake
Milky Way Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 milky way candy bars (2.15 oz. each), 1 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. sugar, 4 large eggs, separated and 1 1/4 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
Melt candy bars and butter, stirring frequently, in double boiler. Remove from heat.
Stir in sugar.
Combine egg yolks, buttermilk and baking soda in a small bowl until blended. Combine flour and salt in another bowl.
Add to candy mixture alternately. Stir in pecans.
In a clean mixer bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold into batter.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 1/4 hours. Cool for 15 minutes.
Unmold and cool completely.
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Drizzle over cooled cake.
