Mile High Pie
Mile High Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites (at room temperature), 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, pinch of salt and 1 pkg. partly thawed frozen strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put egg whites, sugar, lemon juice, salt and strawberries in a large mixing bowl.
Beat at high speed in mixer for 15 minutes. Fold in dessert topping.
Pour into pie shells and freeze.
Makes 2 pies.
Garnish with fresh strawberries.
