Midwestern Chowder is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 cans chicken broth, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 celery stalks, chopped and 1/4 tsp. thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine and saute onion, celery and thyme until soft. Add potatoes, carrots, salt and pepper.
