Midwest Meat Loaf
Midwest Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, 1/4 c. milk, 2 tbsp. dry mustard, 1 lb. ground beef and 1/3 c. oats (uncooked), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stir Velveeta, milk and mustard in small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
Reserve 3/4 c. cheese for sauce.
Mix remaining ingredients and cheese in large bowl until blended. Shape into loaf pan.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Pour cheese over and serve.
