👨‍🍳 Instructions

Fill a Coleman ice chest 3 to 4-inches deep with water heated to 110°.

Close and set aside.

In a 2-quart Pyrex mixing bowl, heat milk to 180° using microwave oven temperature probe.

Ladle milk into glass jars and let cool to 110°.

Add yogurt to starter, a heaping teaspoonful per pint of milk and vanilla to taste.

Place 110° jars of milk into cooler of 110° water.

Leave closed for 8 to 9 hours.

For flavoring, add your homemade jams or fresh fruit.
