Microwave Sugar Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white sugar, pinch of salt, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. coffee cream and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix the first 3 ingredients together, mix well.
Then add the rest.
Cook approximately 9 to 12 minutes in the microwave.
Stir while cooking.
The mixture will bubble up and when it is thick like pudding, pour into a baked (9-inch) pie shell.
Time in the microwave may vary according to bowl size and microwaves.
Make only 1 pie at a time.
