Microwave Pizza Chicken
Microwave Pizza Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope shake 'n bake coating, boneless chicken breasts, chopped, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place coating mix, oregano and pepper into shaker bag.
Shake to blend.
Add chicken to bag and coat well.
Place in baking dish.
Cover.
Microwave on Full power for 6 minutes per pound of chicken.
Sprinkle with cheese and microwave on Cookmatic level 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
