Microwave Meat Loaf
Microwave Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, 1 egg, beaten, 1 c. bread crumbs, 2/3 c. milk and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all but ketchup together.
Place in a microwave casserole. Spread ketchup over top of loaf.
Cook on Medium-high for 25 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
