Microwave Lasagna
Microwave Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) jar ragu sauce, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1 beaten egg, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese and 1 (16 oz.) ricotta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat Ragu sauce with garlic powder in microwave on High for 5 minutes.
Mix Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and egg together. Pour out 1 1/2 cups Ragu for top.
Put half of sauce in a baking dish; then layer of uncooked noodles, then mixture of Ricotta cheese and then Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat.
Then put the 1 1/2 cups of sauce on top.
Cover with Stretch-tite to keep in moisture. Microwave on High for 5 minutes; then 20 minutes on Medium-high.
