Microwave Lasagna
Microwave Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can drained tomatoes, 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In tomatoes and tomato paste, salt, basil, oregano, garlic powder and water.
Cover with lid and microwave 4 minutes or until boiling.
Combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg and parsley.
Mix well.
Pour in 1 1/2 cups tomato beef sauce in 8 x 12-inch glass dish.
Place 4 uncooked noodles evenly sauce.
Top with
1/2 the cottage cheese mix, spreading evenly.
Sprinkle with 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese. Spoon cup sauce over cheese.
Place 4 more noodles on sauce, even layers of remaining cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce.
Cover lightly with plastic
Microwave minutes rotating dish.
Microwave at 50% power for 15 to 20 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Microwave uncovered 1
1/2 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
