Microwave International Meatballs
Microwave International Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 egg, beaten, 1/4 c. milk, 1/3 c. fine, dry bread crumbs and 2 tsp. instant minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine all ingredients.
Form into 1-inch balls.
Place in a 2-quart baking dish (browning dish).
Bake with microwave on Medium 6 to 8 minutes or until completely cooked.
