Microwave Honey Corn Bread

Mix cornmeal, biscuit mix and baking powder in large bowl.
Add milk, eggs, honey and oil.
Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour into 8-inch square microproof baking dish.
Cook on 50 for 10 minutes.
Rotate dish if bread seems to be rising unevenly.
Cook on High 2 to 4 minutes or until bread tests done. Remove and let stand 5 minutes; serve warm.
Makes 8 servings. Cooking time is 12 to 14 minutes.
