Microwave Granola
Microwave Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. oats, 1/4 c. honey, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/3 c. chopped nuts and 1/3 c. sesame seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook oats at Medium-high for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir often. Melt together butter, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
Add nuts, seed, sugar, wheat germ and coconut.
Mix all ingredients.
Cook 6 minutes on Medium-high.
Add 1/3 cup raisins.
Cook 2 minutes. Stir often.
Cool on cookie sheet.
Store in glass jars.
