Microwave Fantasy Fudge
Microwave Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. pet milk, 1 pkg. (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips and 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Microwave margarine in 4 quart bowl on High until melted.
Add sugar and milk; mix well.
Microwave on High for 5 minutes or until mixture starts boiling.
(Stir after 3 minutes and again after 2 minutes.)
Microwave 5 1/2 minutes (after it starts boiling).
Stir after 3 minutes.
Gradually stir in chocolate until melted.
Add marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.
Mix well. Pour into a buttered pan.
Cool at room temperature.
Makes about 3 pounds.
