Microwave English Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 medium onion, sliced thin, 1 c. green olives pimento, 2 c. ketchup and 3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Make meatballs to your taste; set aside.
In 2-quart casserole dish, mix ketchup, water, olives and onion.
Add meatballs.
Put in microwave on High for 15 minutes, then set microwave on Roast for 30 minutes.
Besides making great meatballs, it makes a great gravy for boiled potatoes or rice.
