Microwave Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. water, 3 egg whites, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together sugar, corn syrup, water and salt in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

Cook in microwave on Full power for 20 to 22 minutes.

Stir once or twice during cooking.

While syrup is cooking, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form in large mixing bowl.

Gradually pour hot syrup over egg whites while beating at high speed.

Continue beating until mixture thickens and candy starts to lose its gloss.

Beating may require about 12 minutes. Add vanilla and nuts.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper.

Makes about 6 to 7 dozen pieces.
