Microwave Divinity
Microwave Divinity is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo syrup, 3/4 c. water, dash of salt and 3 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, in a large Pyrex glass bowl and microwave 20 minutes.
While syrup mixture is cooking beat egg whites.
When syrup is ready, pour slowly, while beating, over egg whites.
Beat until starting to set up.
Add vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls on tinfoil or waxed paper.
