Microwave Divinity
Microwave Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 c. light karo, 3/4 c. water, dash of salt and 3 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In 2 quart casserole dish combine sugar, Karo, salt and water. Stir.
Microwave minutes, stirring every
5 minutes.
Whites until stiff.
Pour syrup over egg whites slowly.
(Be very careful as syrup is extremely hot.) Beat 12 minutes.
Fold in pecans and vanilla.
Drop on wax paper.
