Microwave Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/3 c. white corn syrup, 2 egg whites, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix sugar, corn syrup and 1/2 cup water.
Cook 3 minutes on High.
Cook another 6 to 8 minutes on High or until hard boil (250Β°).
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Add syrup slowly.
Add vanilla and pecans.
Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
