Microwave Cracker Jacks
Microwave Cracker Jacks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. dark brown sugar, 1/4 c. white syrup, 1 stick butter, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put brown sugar, white syrup, butter and salt in bowl and boil in microwave for 2 minutes.
Take out.
Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
Stir well.
Spray a brown paper bag well with Pam.
Put 1 gallon popped corn in bag.
Pour in syrup mixture.
Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
Take out and shake well.
Put in for another 1 1/2 minutes on High.
Take out and shake well.
Put back in for 1/2 minute on High.
Take out, shake well and put on cookie sheet to cool.
