Microwave Cook Cheese
Microwave Cook Cheese is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 oz. low-fat cottage cheese, 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 c. oleo, 4 to 6 slices velveeta cheese and 2 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Put in large bowl the cottage cheese and baking soda.
Let stand for 1 hour.
Then microwave on High 5 minutes.
Melt oleo and Velveeta cheese and add to mixture.
Mix cornstarch and milk together.
Add to other ingredients and microwave on High for 5 minutes.
Pour into 1/2-pint jar or small jelly jars.
