Microwave Clam Chowder
Microwave Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bacon, diced, 1/2 c. onions, diced, 2 cans clams and liquid, 1 c. water and 2 (13 oz.) cans milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a 3-quart casserole, cook bacon and onions for 5 minutes on High.
Add potatoes, liquid from clams and water.
Cook 15 to 18 minutes.
Stir every 4 minutes.
Add clams, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 5 minutes.
Let rest 5 minutes.
