Microwave Chocolate Pudding
Microwave Chocolate Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. low-fat milk, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 c. granulated sugar, 6 pkg. sugar substitute and 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a 2-quart microproof dish, stir together milk and cornstarch until dissolved.
Stir in sugar and sugar substitute, cocoa and salt.
Cook at 100% power (High), stir several times, for 6 minutes, until thickened.
Stir in the margarine and vanilla. Pour into individual servings, cover and refrigerate. Makes five 1/2-cup servings.
