Microwave Chocolate Fudge
Microwave Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk, 2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Lightly butter a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Combine sugar, butter and milk in a 2-quart glass bowl.
Cook on High (maximum power) 11 to 14 minutes or until small amount dropped in cold water forms soft ball (234° on a microproof candy thermometer). Stir in chocolate pieces and Marshmallow Crème until thoroughly blended.
Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into pieces.
