Microwave Chex Mix
Microwave Chex Mix is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, melted (1/2 stick), 1 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt, 4 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 8 c. chex cereals and 1 c. mixed nuts or peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a small bowl, combine seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce and margarine.
Pour cereal into a large bowl.
Pour mixture over ingredients.
Microwave on High about 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir every 2 minutes.
Spread onto a cookie sheet to cool.
Place into airtight containers.
Makes 9 cups of mix.
