Microwave Cheesy Green Beans
Microwave Cheesy Green Beans is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans cut green beans, 1/2 large pkg. velveeta cheese, cubed, 1 large can sliced mushrooms, 1 tbsp. margarine and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a medium-large covered casserole dish that is microwave-safe, combine green beans, margarine and salt and pepper (do not drain green beans).
Heat green beans for approximately 3 1/2 minutes.
Drain green beans.
Add cheese and drained mushrooms to green beans.
Heat for 2 minutes and stir.
Continue this process until cheese is melted.
