Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. baking soda (add later), 1 tsp. vanilla (add later) and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place popped corn in brown bag.
Microwave sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt for 1 to 2 minutes until it bubbles.
Boil for 3 minutes, stirring after each minute.
Add baking soda and vanilla. Stir well.
Pour over popped corn in brown bag and microwave for 1 minute.
Shake well.
Microwave 1/2 minute more.
Shake and pour onto waxed paper.
