Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. popped corn, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 stick oleo, 1/4 c. white corn syrup and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine brown sugar, oleo, corn syrup and salt in 1 1/2-quart bowl.
Cook on High for 2 minutes or until bubbly.
Cook for 2 more minutes on High; add soda and stir until foamy.
Put popcorn in brown paper bag and pour mixture over it.
Fold top of bag over and shake.
Place bag in microwave and cook 1 1/2 minutes on High. Take out and shake again.
Cook on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
Shake again and pour onto greased cookie sheet or waxed paper.
