Microwave Caramel Corn
Microwave Caramel Corn is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. dark brown sugar, 1/4 c. dark or light karo syrup, 1 stick margarine, 2 batches popcorn, popped (about 4 qt.) and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Spray inside of a large brown paper grocery bag liberally with Pam-type cooking spray.
Add popped popcorn.
In medium saucepan, bring to a boil the brown sugar, corn syrup and margarine.
Cook about 6 minutes.
Add baking soda; mixture will foam up.
Pour over popcorn in bag and shake.
Microwave 1 minute and 30 seconds and shake bag.
Repeat.
Microwave 30 seconds and shake.
Repeat. Cool.
